FRAGILE PROGRESSIVE CHESS

Basic progressive chess, with the following addition.
After every capture, a piece immediately reduces one rank in strength
before the series continues. Order Q R B N P -. Kings don't change.
(the order is: capture;reduce;promote;check;endmove)
